Paste in your exported Granola notes and every commitment made in a meeting lands here — who owns it, when it was raised, and whether it's done — tracked over time, not just in one meeting's notes.

Export a Granola note as Markdown (or copy the note text), paste it below, then parse it. Checked items (- [x]) and anything under an "Action Items" / "Next Steps" heading are detected automatically.

Or upload an exported file:

How to export notes from Granola
  1. Open the meeting note in Granola.
  2. Use the note's Copy or Export → Markdown option.
  3. Paste the full text into the box above and click Parse Notes.
  4. Review the detected items, uncheck anything that isn't a real action item, then add them.
  5. Check items off here as they're completed — the chart above tracks opened vs. completed by week.

Editing your own items: choose your name from the I'm menu above the table. The list narrows to your items, and only those rows can be checked off, edited or removed — everyone else's stay read-only. On a row you own you can also change which meeting it belongs to, or pick + Custom name… to log a conversation that happened outside a formal meeting and give it its own name and date. Your choice of name is remembered in this browser. There is no sign-in here, so this is a courtesy guard-rail that keeps people out of each other's rows by accident, not security.

Heads up: Granola's own Claude connector needs to be authorized in Cowork's connector settings before Claude can read your notes directly — until then, copy/paste is the fastest path.
